Content management
Registered content is managed using the industry-standard EMA metadata structure. A TV show can have multiple series or seasons, and each series or season can in turn have multiple episodes. Trailers and promotions can be linked to TV shows, series, or seasons. Beyond the titles, credits, and air dates defined by EMA, you can register genres, tags, related links, and more. Data in your own proprietary format can be managed as-is as custom data, and integration with EMA-compatible CMSs is also possible.

Import and consolidate data from multiple sources
If you already have data, simply import it into KRONOS DRIVE to manage it as content. Even when data for the same content is spread across multiple databases, it can be consolidated into a single content record at import time. Import settings let you choose which data is registered to each content record, and the meta mapping feature enables imports that conform to the EMA metadata structure.
Master data management
Fields included in your content can be managed as master data. Register credits and KRONOS DRIVE can serve as your talent directory. Set up genres and content becomes easier to search. For thumbnails, you can register named sizes that follow each platform's delivery specifications, which helps validate thumbnails when they are added to content.

Status management
Manage both the publishing status and the approval status of your content. The publishing status controls whether content is publicly available on each streaming platform — even when content has been delivered to multiple platforms, changing its publishing status in KRONOS DRIVE updates the publication state on every platform at once. The approval status tracks whether catalog data is ready to be delivered to streaming platforms, and approval requests can be sent to stakeholders by email directly from KRONOS DRIVE.
