File Delivery

Generate a URL for a file in KRONOS DRIVE and send it to any email address you specify, so even people without a KRONOS DRIVE account can download the file. Sharing and delivery logs let you review activity history, and passwords and expiration dates can be set, so even critical files can be shared safely.

File Requests

Issue an upload URL to request files even from people without a KRONOS DRIVE account — the entire process, from upload request to receipt, is completed within KRONOS DRIVE. Files received through a file request are stored directly in the cloud, so you can use large files without ever downloading them. Recipients of a request simply drag and drop files onto the linked page to upload them. Passwords, expiration dates, and upload size limits can be set, so you can receive files with confidence.

Email and webhook notifications

URLs generated by File Delivery or File Requests can be sent to the addresses you specify. This eliminates the risky practice of emailing password-protected ZIP files with the password sent separately, and there are no limits on the number of recipients or on file size. Webhook notifications are also supported, so you can send notifications to any service.

Address and template management

KRONOS DRIVE can manage your notification recipients and message templates. Simply select a saved recipient or template when sending a notification and skip the repetitive typing.

Simple and secure with share code authentication

Share code authentication enables easy yet secure access. Instead of setting a password every time you share a file, you issue a dedicated code to the people you want to share with, and they authenticate with it when accessing the shared page.

Files received through a file request are stored directly in KRONOS DRIVE, so even large files can be used for editing without downloading them.

Approving files

With the approval feature, you can review deliverables in KRONOS DRIVE on the spot and easily manage their status. Preview files and complete the necessary checks with no extra effort, keeping work moving smoothly. You can also leave comments when approving, making collaboration even easier.

Operation restrictions

Permissions can be set per member, allowing only specific members to add new members or upload files. You can also restrict file downloads and the use of File Delivery, or limit certain members to view-only access. Keep files from leaving your organization and minimize the risk of information leaks.

Access restrictions

To prevent information leaks, KRONOS DRIVE enables strict control. Fine-grained permissions and folder- and file-level access management ensure files are always handled appropriately. Shared files can be given expiration dates, with optional password protection. Access to files can also be limited to specific audiences — anyone with the link, users who know the password, or users who hold a share code.

Aspera download and upload

In addition to common protocols such as FTP and HTTP, high-speed transfer via Aspera is supported. Using the dedicated Aspera client, high-speed transfers of 300 Mbps as standard and up to 1 Gbps are supported.
